Delivery & Returns
All orders are shipped either directly from our suppliers or from 37 Print.
All delivery times are subject to confirmation from 37 Print and may be subject to change.
We will advise you of the despatch date, prior to confirming your order. This may be adjusted based on:
- Amendments to artwork
- Shipping operator
- Other reasons outside our control
If the date changes after we have confirmed your order, we will advise you by email with the updated delivery date. Most items take around 1 – 3 days to arrive from the date of despatch. Bespoke products often have a slightly longer lead time.
If you can get the artwork to us before 1pm and confirm your proof before 2pm, we can despatch your order the same day to arrive the following day (Mon – Fri, excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).
Please note that any amendments received after 2pm may delay your despatch date.
Orders may be cancelled with no charge up to the point of confirming your order via email, live chat or phone. Once your order is confirmed, we cannot cancel it or provide a refund.
If there is a fault with the print you receive, please email email@example.com. In these rare cases, we can normally get a reprint sent out to you as a priority. Please note, if the print exists on your proof, we will be unable to provide a free reprint.
For new clients, invoices must be paid before orders are completed. If you would like to become an approved client, just get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For approved clients, all invoices must be paid within 30 days. Failure to pay an invoice will result in legal proceedings and your debt may be passed to a third party to obtain. If you have difficulty paying, please email email@example.com in the first instance.
